Service Team

Unlike other financial planning firms, HPH Solutions does not simply provide you with a financial plan and leave you to it.

We know that the implementation process is typically time-consuming and frustrating which is why we provide our clients with the resources of our Client Services Team. The Client Services Team is invaluable in that they take away most of the administrative burden involved with organising and managing your own financial affairs.

The Client Services Team has over 70 years of financial services experience between them, members hold university degrees such as Law and Commerce and they are very well equipped to manage client queries. Phone calls are answered straight away – you are not kept on hold in a call centre – and we endeavour to respond to all emails within 24 hours.

Each member of the Team typically knows each client individually which facilitates a very high level of personalised service and a wonderfully efficient working relationship.


Jill Thomas | HPH SolutionsJill Thomas began her finance career in 1980 with the Commonwealth Bank before moving to the National Bank Perth office in 2000 to work in a Financial Planning support role.

Jill joined HPH in May 2002 and is currently performing an Office Manager/Client Service Manager role for HPH Solutions.

Interests: Softball, most other sports, family & gardening.


Greg McMeekin | HPH SolutionsGreg McMeekin began with National Australia Bank in 1986 and worked there until 2002.  Since then Greg has worked in a number of Financial Services roles, most recently as a Quality Assurance Manager with AMP.

Greg worked at HPH previously and re-joined August 2012 in a Client Service Manager role.

Interests: Family and travel.


KylieKylie Rutherford started in the finance industry in 1987 with Challenge Bank. Kylie moved into Financial Planning in 2001 with NAB Financial Planning in Perth as a Client Service Coordinator. During her time with NAB Kylie was also a Quality Development Officer and Manager of Client Service Support.

Kylie joined HPH in February 2016 as a Client Service Coordinator.

Interests: Family, reading and travelling.



Emma Pyne started in the finance industry in 1996 with the Financial Services Institute of Australasia before joining the Perth Financial Planning division of Patersons Securities Limited. In March 2003, Emma moved to Colonial First State as the personal assistance to the WA State Manager before leaving the workforce in February 2005 to be at home and raise three children. Emma returned to work in March 2013 and brings her experience to the HPH Client Service team.

Interests: Reading, family and friends and travelling.
