BAILEY GREGSON - CLIENT SERVICES ASSOCIATE

Money was never something I fully understood growing up, but I was always very aware of its impact. I saw early on much weight financial decisions can carry for families. That perspective stuck with me and is part of what initially drew me toward a career where I could help people navigate those decisions.

My route into financial planning wasn't exactly conventional. I started my career in marketing and spent three years helping businesses grow through advertising and strategy. Along the way, I developed a strong interest in investing and personal finance, which eventually had me spending more time reading about markets and financial planning than marketing trends.

The more I learned, the more I realised financial advice combines both problem solving and working closely with people to help them achieve meaningful personal and financial goals. This led me to complete my Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning and make the transition into the financial services industry.

Outside of work, you'll usually find me on a cricket field, either playing or coaching, watching the AFL or catching up with friends and family. My goal is to become a qualified financial adviser, and I’m looking forward to continuing to build my technical knowledge and client experience as I progress in my career at HPH Solutions.
