Kai Bartusch - Client Services Associate

When I was 4, my family moved from the UK to Perth, camping for a year before eventually settling down in Mandurah where we have lived since. Growing up without much, I quickly realized the importance of money and the stress it can put on a household.

In high school, this interest in money only grew. I still remember purchasing my first finance book ‘The Intelligent Investor’ and reading it every night; I don’t think I went more than a paragraph without finding a new word that made no sense to me!

After high school I studied Actuarial Science at Curtin University, finding a lot of topics interesting; but not seeing any of the popular career options appealing. So, when an opportunity to join HPH came up, and work in a field that I truly find interesting, it was a no-brainer.

In my spare time, I enjoy playing cricket, reading and refereeing football (soccer). I look forward to a long and enjoyable future in financial planning.
