Administration Service

For the benefit of our clients, we provide the support of a Service Team to manage the administration of your financial affairs.

For example, our highly efficient team coordinates all the paperwork associated with pension applications, listed securities, managed funds, term deposit rollovers, nomination of beneficiaries, insurance applications, transfers of assets etc.

This service is invaluable to our clients as all of their financial instructions are actioned for them and the burden of administration and filing is taken off their hands.

As part of our Client Services function, we also provide online services for the managed investments and listed securities held by our clients (where possible). The benefits of this service include:

  1. 24 hour online access and comprehensive reporting: This allows you to stay fully informed on the current status of your managed investments and listed securities.
  2. Current information to facilitate sound decision making: We receive daily electronic data-feeds to our financial planning software to ensure that we have an accurate view of your portfolio when making recommendations.
  3. Reduced accounting time: Comprehensive tax statements and/or electronic data feeds to your accountant’s software, to significantly reduce the time it takes to prepare your tax return.
