• Excellent service always.  Keep up the great work.

• They make you feel you're the only client they are looking after.  Excellent.  Prompt service every time I ring with a query.

• I have enjoyed being looked after by HPH and will remain a loyal client.

• One of the great things about HPH is that they are in no way intimidating and all dealings are concluded in a friendly and caring manner.

• We are completely satisfied with our advisor and would recommend him to anyone.

• Personal contact is extremely good.  Telephone queries are always dealt with and the whole atmosphere of our relationship is very friendly.

• I very much like the attitude that treats me as someone special.  I am not particularly wealthy or in a high social set.  It is very nice to be treated with respect and a friend of the business.

• We have always been made to feel that we are getting individual personal attention.

• Very helpful - accurate assistance and consultation.

• Having had some previous financial advice with poor results, I am more than happy with Rob and his staff.  Even a visit to his office without an appointment was received in a very welcoming way.

• All areas of my/our financial business is covered extremely well.  Rob has a very good understanding/knowledge of all aspects - DVA pensions, tax, and general business principal.  We are both happy with our business dealings with HPH.

• We have always had the best of service from Rob and office.  They have all had our best interests at heart.  Nothing is too much trouble if we require information or help.  We would be happy for Rob to continue to help us as our advisor at all times.
